The Deputy Minority Leader, Hon. Toby Okechukwu, on wednesday the 3rd of November 2021 took to his facebook page to wish his wife a happy birthday as she turned plus 1.

The lawmaker who captioned the post ‘Celebrating my wife, my queen’ had nothing but sweet words for his wife saying that when he prayed for a wife God gave him on who was tailor made for him.

Okechukwu, in his post said, “Men in the course of career, irrespective of calling, get exposed to the vagaries of life, and only a happy and peaceful home, could adequately provide respite, after each day’s challenge. That informs the reason I count myself lucky to have a relationship, some would say is “tailor made” for me.

“I prayed for a wife, and God in His infinite mercy, gave me woman, who gradually transformed into a sister, Mother, confidante and my backbone. With you and through you, I have successfully fulfilled my mandate as a Father, a lawyer, a business man and politician.

“What more could a man ask for, if not peace of mind? I’m happy, you personify that and even much more. As you complete another cycle of life, I and our children are full of praises, as we thank God for this rare gift to our family.

“I also pray God to bless your new age, as we continue to impact humanity in our own small way; one step at a time. Congratulations on your new age, my Jewel! happy birthday, Bekee, Nwunye Iyierioba”, he said concluding.
