Gunmen abduct ex-NMA secretary’s son, demand N20m ransom

Gunmen have abducted Adedamola Alayaki, son of a former National Secretary of the Nigeria Medical Association, Dr. Adewunmi Alayaki. 

The gunmen who are demanding for a N20million ransom, kidnapped Adedamola on his father’s farm at Isaga-Orile community, Abeokuta North Local Government Area of Ogun.

The State Police Public Relations Officer, Abimbola Oyeyemi confirmed the incident, adding that the police are on the trail of the abductors.

Oyeyemi said; 

“We are on top of the situation. Our men are on the trail of the gunmen.”
