Speaking during the 2026 Seasonal Climate Prediction (SCP) Downscaling and Stakeholders’ Training, organized by the Enugu State Government in collaboration with the Nigerian Meteorological Agency (NiMet) on April 9, 2026, Hon. Okolo described agriculture as “the bedrock of sustainable development and a powerful tool for peacebuilding.”
