Glo Joy Unlimited promo: Excitement as more car winners emerged in Onitsha, Ibadan

Telecommunications solutions provider, Globacom, on Tuesday in Ibadan, Oyo State, and Onitsha, Anambra State, presented new cars to two more subscribers in continuation of its promo, Joy Unlimited Extravaganza.

According to a statement, the Oyo State Deputy Governor, Rauf Olaniyan; and the company’s State Regional Activations Manager, Mr Abidemi Emmanuel, presented the car keys to the Ibadan winner, 53-year-old auto mechanic, Mutiu Owolabi, at the Idi Ape Gloworld in Ibadan.

Anambra State Commissioner for Social Welfare, Children and Women Affairs, Ndidi Mezue; and Globacom’s Regional Manager, Mike Ehumadu, presented keys of new Kia Rio to the Onitsha winner, 23-year-old Anierobi John.

 “51 other winners of household appliances, including television sets, power generators and refrigerators, also expressed gratitude to the company as they received their prizes in Ibadan, while 41 such winners were given the items they won at the Onitsha presentation,” the statement read.

It also quoted Emmanuel as saying that the next presentations are scheduled for Kaduna and Uyo on December 23, 2021, while Ibadan will host a new set of winners on December 29 alongside Warri, Delta State.

“The city of Ilorin, Kwara State, comes next on January 6 before returning to Cele-Okota, Lagos on January 13, 2022; the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja for the second presentation ceremony on January 20 and back to Adeola Odeku, Victoria Island, Lagos for the grand finale on January 27, 2022,” the statement added.
