Former Head of Police Intelligence Response Team, DCP Abba Kyari, at present on suspension on Tuesday showed up before the Special Investigation Panel, headed by the Deputy Inspector-General of Police accountable for the Force Criminal Investigations Department, Joseph Egbunike.
