In line with the vision of the Executive Governor of Enugu state His Execllency,Rt Hon  Dr Ifeanyi  Ugwuanyi  towards youths Development, Advocacy and Empowerment, the Member Representing Awgu South  state constituency, Hon Johnson Okwudilichukwu  Chukwuobasi    has unveiled opportunities for self-actualization  programs in Awgu south.

The programme which he tagged HON JOHNSON YOUTH SKILLS/TRADE SUPPORT PROGRAM-  Chukwu cheta gi, cheta onye ozo!. Is said to be  in line with the principles of the MDGS/SDGS which is  geared towards eradicating poverty in the state.

The Enugu lawmaker  who has been on the frontline in tackling poverty and  changing the lives of many, has provided widow Empowerment programe,  CSDP project, Renovation of cottage hospital in progress,  has also secured several  employments for Awgu South indegines, secured admission for indigens into higher institution and also gave  Covid- allievation package for the people of Awgu south during Covid-19.

Hon Johnson who is also the House Committee Chairman on  Poverty Reduction, MDGS/SDGS, stated also that his arm for organising the event is to  presents to the Teaming Youths  of Awgu South Constituency with great opportunities for self-actualization with the programe.

Adding that it is will be a historic event in Awgu local government headquarters by 10am on  friday 9th july,  2021 

He also added that the programme  is mainly  for youth  with skills, who are From Awgu South, doing business in Awgu,   as selection of beneficiaries shall be  strictly on completion of the application form.

He therefore called on youths to go to Awgu Local government Council Headquarters,  Office of the Chairman’s SPA on special duties.  C/o Mr Euzibus Okolo. From Monday 5th July 2021 for the  collection  of forms as selection of beneficiaries shall be  strictly on completion of the application form. Stating that  qualified youths  will be contacted on or before 8th July.

He also extended  his Invitation to all the  stakeholders of Awgu,  Traditional Rulers, PG’s of Autonomous Communities among others , say “they are graciously invited “
