Enugu, Ebonyi Record New Covid-19 Cases

Enugu and Ebonyi continue to be the two states to watch in the South East region as both again recorded single cases of Covid-19, according to the latest report from the NCDC.

With this development, Enugu now has 11 cases (with two discharged) while Ebonyi has 8 cases in all.

The numbers for other South East states include Imo (3), Abia (2) and Anambra (1).

Although the number of cases nationwide dropped to 146, more states were added last night to the list.

Lagos State maintains the lead in number of confirmed Covid-19 with 57 cases, followed by Kano (27), Kwara which experienced a surge to 10 cases, and Edo (9) and Bauchi (8).

NCDC announced a total of 4787 cases last night.
