The Former Deputy President of the senate, Prof. Ike Ekweremadu, along side the Deputy Minority leader, House of Representatives, Rt. Hon. Toby Okechukwu, took to a condolence visit to the Enugu Residence of the late Hon. Chijioke Ugweze.

Late Hon. Chijioke Leonard Ugwueze was until his death, the Member representing Isiuzo Constituency in the Enugu state House of Assembly.

In the Course of the Visit, Ekweremadu along side his prestigious entourage brought words of Wisdom, hope and succor to the grieving family.

Speaking to the wife of the deceased, Mrs Catherine Amaka Ugweze, Prof Ekweremadu, reiterated that the death of Hon. Ugwueze is a big loss, to Isiuzo Constituency and Enugu state at large, owing that he was a great acheiver and leader, until he surrendered to the cold hands of death on the 19th of june, 2020.

He urged her and the family members, to find solace in the fact that he led a life of service, leaving behind lasting goodwill and legacies, which will be remembered by all.

He then, prayed for the peaceful repose of his soul in the Bossom of the Lord.
