Canada-based Super Falcons player Esther Okoronkwo hands out cash gifts to Abia residents as she travels to her village in Umuahia for Christmas

Esther Okoronkwo, a Canada-based player for Nigeria’s Super Falcons, has stirred up warm reactions online after sharing cash gifts with residents of Abia State during a Christmas visit to her hometown.

Okoronkwo was seen in a video handing out money to locals as she travelled to her village in Umuahia to celebrate the festive season. Videos of the gesture circulated on social media, showing residents expressing excitement and gratitude as they received the gifts.

 

The act sparked warm reactions from those who received the gifts, including a man dressed as Santa Claus.
