Ahmet Çakar, a former Turkish referee, has insisted that Victor Osimhen will play for Chelsea next season.

Osimhen’s loan deal at Galatasaray will expire at the end of the season.

The Nigerian striker has attracted interest from Chelsea, Al-Hilal, and several clubs.

The 26-year-old is expected to leave Napoli on a permanent transfer this summer transfer window.

However, according to Çakar, Osimhen will join Chelsea.

“I say Osimhen will go to Chelsea. He’s right,” Çakar was quoted as saying by Habersarikirmizi.

“Playing in the Premier League at the age of 26 is an important career milestone. If he plays for Chelsea, he’ll go to [Saudi] Arabia for the same amount after his 30s anyway.”
