Balogun set for Rangers debut against Aberdeen

Leon Balogun is set to make his Glasgow Rangers debut against Aberdeen on Saturday (today) at Pittodrie, Saturday Ugamatv reports.

Balogun joined Rangers on a one-year deal, with the 32-year-old having an option for a further year.

The Nigeria international has trained three times with Rangers since he completed his move penultimate Friday.

His debut will be welcomed by manager Steven Gerard, whose ambition this season will be to stop Celtic’s dominance in the Scottish Premier League.

The Hoops have won nine SPL titles in a row and will be gunning for the 10th when they start their campaign against Hamilton Academical on Sunday.
