ATiku Abubakar, Peter Obi, Dino Melaye, Aisha Yesufu, others stage ‘’Save Democracy’ protest in Abuja

Many Nigerians including politicians Peter Obi, Rabiu Kwankwaso, Atiku Abubakar, Rauf Aregbesola, Dino Melaye, Aisha Yesufu and others are currently staging a protest tagged ‘Save Democracy protest’ in front of the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, office in Abuja

 

 

 

Many of the protesters are seen wearing “Operation Save Our Democracy” T-shirts, while others carried red and white placards with various messages on it including “INEC Chairman Amupitan must go”.

 

 

 

The protest comes days after INEC discontinued recognising the David Mark-led ADC leadership.
