Asserted criminal who spends significant time in taking ‘costly bread rolls’ from stores captured in Delta community

A presumed bread roll hoodlum has been grabbed in Oghara, in Ethiope West Local Government Area of Delta State.

It was assembled that the man purportedly works in taking costly bread rolls from grocery stores and stores nearby.
