Activist Alleges Makinde Eyeing Wike’s FCT Ministerial Seat in 2027

Activist, Deji Adeyanju, has claimed that Governor Seyi Makinde of Oyo State is trying to replace Nyesom Wike as the Minister of the Federal Capital Territory, FCT, in 2027.

This was, as Adeyanju described the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, as a distraction.

In a video on his social media page, the human rights lawyer claimed that most PDP members are working for President Bola Tinubu.

He said: “PDP is a distraction; what is dead may never die again. I don’t want to bother myself about PDP now because everybody there is working for Tinubu.

“They are just looking for who will have the most bargaining chip. Seyi Makinde wants to replace Wike and maybe he will become the next FCT minister in 2027.

“So he is more or less how we will make Tinubu come back in 2027, I will not join them in their caricature; I don’t have their time.”
