Abia commissioner-nominees

THE Abia State Governor, Okezie Ikpeazu, has forwarded 27 names of commissioner-nominees to the state House of Assembly.

The Secretary to the State Government, Chris Ezem who made this public, explained that Ikpeazu forwarded the names to Assembly for screening and approval.

Ikpeazu had on the 23rd of January dissolved his cabinet, retaining only five commissioners. If approved the number of commissioners will rise from 27 to 32.
