Ondo State Football Agency has announced the dissolution of the technical crew of the state-owned football clubs, Sunshine Stars and Sunshine Queens ahead of the new season.

The circular titled ‘Dissolution of Sunshine Stars and Sunshine Queens technical crew’ dated September 29 and made available to our correspondent stated that termination of their appointment/ employment took effect from Thursday, September 30.

According to the statement, the coaching crew of both teams are not affected.

The statement read, “I am directed to inform the under-listed technical crew staff of Sunshine Stars and Sunshine Queens that their services will no longer be required with effect from September 30, 2021.”

Those who had their employment terminated are Akinyelure Tokunbo, team manager; Kehinde Odogun, secretary; Akinbinu Babatunde, team doctor; Adetula Jenyo, masseur/physiotherapist; Okunnuwa Chris, media officer.
