There was great excitement this morning in Yikpata orientation camp, Kwara State, when a male corps member got down on one knee and proposed to a female soldier with a ring.

Other corps members, who were getting ready to leave camp, were surprised when their colleague proposed to one of their female commandants.

The female soldier accepted the proposal and stayed with her fiancé and other corps members to celebrate her engagement.
