My Girlfriend Nkiru told me about it and I decided to try it since tomatoes were expensive at that time. I got 400 naira carrot and 300 naira tomatoes; the combo turned out very yummy.

Here’s how to make carrot stew

Cooking oil, onions, pepper, carrots, fresh tomatoes, Maggi, salt, spices, and any kind of meat.

Blend your carrot, blend your tomatoes/pepper ,dice your onion, steam your meat and get everything else ready

METHOD

Heat the vegetable oil for a while, add the diced onion and stir continuously, add the blended tomatoes/pepper and Stir until it is deeply fried. Now it’s time to add your blended carrot and stir well with the sauce in the pot, add seasonings such as Maggi, salt, ginger, garlic, and a little curry. The final step is to add your steamed meat and its stock, let it sit for about 5 minutes, and voila! your carrot stew is ready,

Carrot stew can be enjoyed with Rice, Macaroni, Spaghetti.
