Global Afrobeats sensation David Adeleke, popularly known as Davido, is set to perform for the first time at the prestigious Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival next year.
Festival organisers recently unveiled the 2026 Coachella line-up, revealing Davido as the only Nigerian artiste billed to perform. The award-winning hitmaker will grace the stage on April 11 and 18, 2026, at the iconic Empire Polo Club in Indio, California, where he promises to deliver his signature Afrobeats energy to a worldwide audience.
While Davido will fly the Nigerian flag high, Sabrina Carpenter, Justin Bieber, and Karol G have been announced as the headliners for the festival’s two-weekend spectacle. Other top performers scheduled to thrill the crowd include Young Thug, Major Lazer, Swae Lee, Teddy Swims, Giveon, and Central Cee.
Davido’s upcoming performance places him among a growing list of Nigerian stars who have made their mark on the Coachella stage. Seun Kuti, Burna Boy, Mr Eazi, Tems, Wizkid, and CKay have all performed at the world-renowned festival in past editions.
Fans and music lovers worldwide are eagerly anticipating Davido’s debut, which is expected to further solidify Afrobeats’ influence on the global music scene.
