The Labour Party (LP) in Benue has announced the appointment of Hon. Ochonu Williams as its new State Chairman, alongside the formation of an interim executive committee.
Before taking up the new role, Williams served as Chief of Staff to Philip Agbese, who represents the Ado/Okpokwu/Ogbadibo Federal Constituency in the House of Representatives.
During his time in that position, he was involved in coordinating legislative activities, engaging with constituents, and handling administrative responsibilities within the lawmaker’s office.
The appointment was made under the leadership of the party’s National Chairman, Nenadi Usman.
