Mr Agboola Ajayi, The deputy governor of Ondo State,has Sued at the state house of assembly to the Federal High Court, Abuja, over alleged impeachment move.

Recall, that Ugamatv had reported that the members of the Assembly were allegedly planning to impeach the deputy governor, following his resignation as an All Progressives Congress members and the defection to the Peoples Democratic Party.

In the suit filed by his counsel Mr I. Olatoke, SAN, the defendants include the House of Assembly, the Inspector General of Police, the State Commissioner of Police, Department of State Services and the Speaker of the Assembly, Mr David Oleyeloogun.
